From traditional designs using Direct On Line (DOL) starters to cutting edge technology, we have your conveyor, pump and fan starter requirements covered. We can integrate multi vendor packages comprising a combination of components delivering exactly what you need.
We have variable speed drives (VSD) for AC motors and DC drives for direct current (DC) motors. The VSD is a variable speed drive developed for induction or synchronous motors used in underground coal mining systems. Providing speed, torque and direction control for mining machinery on low voltage (LV) or medium voltage (MV) systems.
Dynelec also specialises in fully automated DC motor starters. These can be customised with a fully programmable platform to allow you to control speed, direction and torque.
Solutions can be further customised through the integration of PLC/HMI control packages and SCADA making them suitable for a wide range of conveyor, pump and fan automation applications.
Auxiliary transformers can be supplied with various secondary voltages and appropriate control and protection for lighting or ancillary drives such as winches, brake solenoids, conveyors, cooling fans and pumps.

All our solutions receive Factory Acceptance Testing, compatibility testing (where necessary) and commissioning to ensure they’re fully operational on delivery. We supply relevant manuals and drawings. Options for ongoing support including Lifecycle Management are available.
