Merging Kingsmann Engineering Services
Kingsmann Engineering Services was founded circa 2000 by Lou Pigna, previously an employee of the Jones & Rickard Group.
Lou developed an expertise and methodology in the inspection, repair, overhaul (including re-blading) of small to medium sized steam turbines.
Today, the Jones & Rickard Group delivers reliability to the Mining, Industrial and Utilities segments through its 'One Team Two Brand' approach. Services provided include Electrical Distribution & Control, Industrial Electromagnet Systems, and Rotating Equipment.
Subsequently, as Lou prepared to wind down his working life, the fit of his business with the Jones & Rickard Group was logical and ensures continuity of reliable support to the Petrochemical and Sugar industry clients of Kingsmann.
As at the beginning of March 2021, the Turbine service is being provided by the Jones & Rickard team at Smithfield in Sydney, supported closely by Lou.
